1. ONSEN® offers free shipping within the Republic of Poland regardless of the value of the ordered products. Delivery costs to European Union countries are determined based on the delivery country and are displayed in the shopping cart.
2. Delivery within the Republic of Poland is carried out by a selected courier company. For mattress deliveries, we use DPD and Ambro Express courier services. For smaller packages, we also offer the option of choosing InPost courier delivery or delivery to a DPD Pickup point or a Paczkomat®. Delivery usually takes place on working days within 24 hours after dispatch.
3. Delivery of small packages within the European Union is carried out by DPD or Ambro Express courier company. For mattress deliveries to the Federal Republic of Germany, we exclusively use the services of Ambro Express. There is also the possibility of delivery to other countries or using a different form of delivery, which always requires individual arrangements with our consultants. Delivery within the European Union usually takes place within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
4. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually dispatched on the same day.
When placing an order with ONSEN®, you will receive an email confirming your order. After the order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment yourself. Please make sure to provide the correct email address, as all correspondence regarding your order will be directed there.

Not sure where your shipment is?
If the status of the shipment has not changed for 3 working days and the courier company has not delivered the package, please contact us. We will check the whereabouts of the shipment, and if there are difficulties in locating it, we will initiate a search.
